Join us as a Global Business Development Manager with German 😎


You will work closely with our Head of Sales DACH & CEE, not only executing the following tasks but also actively shaping and refining our sales & solution strategies. Your insights and initiatives will play a key role in driving Xopero’s global expansion, giving you the opportunity to make a substantial impact on our growth.


Your tasks:

➡ identifying and acquiring ideal Partners (distributors, resellers, partnerships);

➡ monitoring industry trends, as well as staying up-to-date with the competition, and preferably - always being one step ahead of it ;)

➡ building a contact database;

➡ establishing and maintaining relationships with Partners;

➡ servicing and developing Partners, providing support and training;

➡ preparing sales and marketing strategies for Partners aimed at increasing sales and revenue;

➡ analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of conducted activities and their optimization;

➡ taking care of the company's image;

➡ organizing and participating in conferences ✈


Our expectations (must have):

➡ 3 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry;

fluency in German and English language;

➡ highly developed communication skills;

➡ excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies;

➡ experience in acquiring Business Partners;

➡ knowledge of IT products and solutions offered on the market;

➡ skills in building and maintaining relationships with Partners;

➡ comfort with public speaking;

➡ as well as problem-solving skills, time management, organizational abilities, negotiation skills, ability to work individually and as part of a team, and adaptability to change.


Nice to have:

➡ interest in cybersecurity and IT;

➡ additional foreign language - after all, you'll be acquiring Partners all over the world 🌍


Tools you will use: Google Workspace, Zoho, Linkedin Premium (Sales Navigator).

Our Offer

Position: Global Business Development Manager

Form of Cooperation: UoP/B2B

Renumeration: 

UoP: 10 000 - 16 000 PLN gross + bonuses

B2B: 71 - 119 PLN/h net + VAT + bonuses

Working time: Full-time

Core hours: 9:00-15:00

Working mode: 

Kraków (hybrid) + stationary onboarding in Gorzów Wielkopolski

Gorzów Wielkopolski (on site)

Headquarters: Gorzów Wielkopolski
