Job description

• Leading market‑entry projects from feasibility analysis and partner sourcing through full release

• Planning and managing initiatives in regtech, compliance, and new‑technology integration

• Coordinating the rollout of new enterprise‑class tools and solutions

• Owning the project lifecycle: budget, schedule, risk, quality, and resource management

• Collaborating with technical, legal, compliance, operations, and product teams

• Gathering and validating business and technical requirements, then translating them into actionable plans

• Supporting audit processes and reporting to regulators and external partners

• Developing and refining project‑management tools and methodologies across the organization

• Assessing market potential and actively participating in go‑to‑market decision‑making

• Initiating, leading, and documenting project meetings (daily/weekly syncs, retrospectives, demos, etc.)

Nice to have

• 4–5+ years of hands‑on, end‑to‑end project‑management experience

• Strong practical knowledge of both traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies

• Ability to apply hybrid approaches, tailoring tools and methods to the project context

• Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders

• Skill in preparing ballpark estimates and project schedules using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, Asana, etc.

• Hands‑on experience with project‑management and team‑collaboration platforms

• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with incomplete information and high autonomy

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the financial industry or a keen interest in capital markets

• Legal background or compliance experience

• Previous experience in the FinTech sector
