Your Tasks:

• Support of the KBA Officers of the divisions and locations throughout the Group for all type approval scopes of ZF Friedrichshafen AG and ZF CV Systems within the framework of road traffic law worldwide for the entire Group, including the Commercial Vehicle Solutions division;
• Support the development, implementation, and elaboration of new processes to meet and implement the legal requirements for new types of approvals and new markets or regions;
• Introduction of existing processes for additional locations
• Creation, planning and implementation of training courses worldwide in Division T and in the Group (all Divisions);
• Coordinating of CVS-wide internal Conformity of Production (CoP) activities:

-Audit planning in accordance with the defined sampling procedure in all divisions/locations;

-Coordinating the relevant CoP evidence product (BOM comparisons, CoP measurements, etc.);

• Conducting initial/critical CoP audits at the affected sites;
• Analysis and evaluation of audit results. Carrying out lessons learned from the audit results as well as developing solutions for serious complaints throughout the group and monitoring the results accordingly (CIP);
• Support the Implementation and consult to all divisions including the Group with regard to approval-relevant issues/risk assessment in cooperation with the Regulatory Office, in particular in connection with PPACs;
• Full representation of all tasks of the KBA officer Division CVS and central KBA contact;
• Coordinate DNA of Quality KPI’s, dashboard and action plans on divisional level.

Your Profile:

• University Degree minimum Bachelor;
• Preferred Certified IATF 16949 Auditor;
• English skills at least B2 level, German would be an advantage;
• Mastering auditing techniques and applying process improvement methodologies;
• Capability to collaborate within an international network, teamwork;
• Preferred basics knowledge in homologation ;
• Knowledge of Quality Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, IATF, Process Audit / VDA…).
