Sales Manager e- commerce
Responsibilities:
• carry out sales objectives handled via available sales channels
• establish and implement sales strategies and marketing activities
• project management: define objectives and expectations, implement new products
• execute project strategies, administer organisational changes
• analyse and monitor current market situation and competition, follow new trends
• cooperation with sales service
• collaboration with other departments (design, IT, logistics, production, accounting)
• product positioning via available sales channels (amazon / ebay)
• develop analysis and reports that present current trends and carried out actions
• analyze e-commerce tendencies, establish and initiate new functionalities and sales improvements
• update product offer (product descriptions and other elements of content)
• motivate team members, take care of proper communication flow
Requirements:
• at least 2 year e-commerce experience / similar responsibilities in the past
• very good sales platforms knowledge
• understanding the current sales market and following the latest trends
• MS Office Skills
• SEO and PPC insight
• english (C1), German and other language skills more than welcome
• carry out previously set sales objectives
• self-reliance, Creativity, ability to look for solutions
• well-organized
• communicative
• resourcefulness, ability to handle different projects simultaneously
