- Establishing procedures, work system and standards; readiness to build a team & coordinate the teamwork;
- Building brand reputation across online channels and platforms;
- Monitoring mentions about the company and taking appropriate action;
- Responding to the reviews or complaints; coordination of efforts to neutralize any negative mention; readiness to take immediate action;
- Cooperation with other departments, in particular Lawyers, Marketing and Customer Support;
- Building a positive brand image;
- Content creation that can neutralize the effect of the negative mentions;
- Understanding of social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews.
