For our DataArt PR Team, we are looking for a person who will support us with external communications and the employer’s branding initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategy and campaigns that promote DataArt’s brand as an employer in the candidate marketplace.

At the heart of DataArt's corporate culture are the values of diversity and trusting and respectful relationships. We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who are able to quickly master the company's internal IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of an external communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
  • Support organizational change by creating effective internal communications strategies
  • Create external and internal events to boost the employer’s image inside and outside the company
  • Manage social media networks
  • Coordinate and assist with activities relating to media relations
  • Compile comprehensive information about the company for the media
  • Create content for press releases, articles, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Support HR department with external branding activities for the employer
  • Produce content for various speeches, events, and hearings
  • Work with external partners
  • Work with speakers, content writers, and internal & external communities.

Must have

  • Proven work experience as a PR or EB Manager/Coordinator
  • Experience in planning and leading communication & marketing activities
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience with content and social media management
  • Fast thinker and open to change
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
  • Very good English skills (B2/C1)
  • Fluent Polish

Would be a plus

  • Experience in the IT industry
