Hi, my name is Bogdan and I am a Business Product Owner in the New Horizons team in Docplanner Tech (we are the Tech part of ZnanyLekarz in Poland). Hopefully, you've already heard that ZnanyLekarz is the biggest medical marketplace and software provider for doctors. We have over 30M patients using our tools every month, thousands of clients and offices in many countries.
My team is a kind of a startup in a startup, because we are always seeking for new, great opportunities, which can be implemented under the ZnanyLekarz brand. Now, I invite you to the adventure of growing our product dedicated to image diagnostics facilities.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to bring value to the company. If meeting potential clients is your daily bread and closing deals with the best quality is your highest priority - you should keep reading ;)

What will you do with us?
- Approaching and building relations with image diagnostics (radiology) facilities.
- The whole business development / sales process will be yours to manage - from researching and finding appropriate leads, through qualifying, pitching and closing the deals.
- Gathering feedback from (potential) clients to help make decisions about the development of our product - badania.znanylekarz.pl
- Gathering necessary information from clients you sign, to hand over to the implementation team.
PS. Currently, we are working, recruiting and onboarding 100% remotely, but someday we will come back to our office in Warsaw (on Kolejowa street).
Requirements
What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development.
- You worked with bigger accounts with more than one decision maker, and know how to approach this kind of sales and what to do to close deals.
- You enjoy contacting new people and helping them understand the value that the product you’re selling can bring to their business.
- You’re a goal-oriented person, great time-management is in your nature and people can count on you to deliver what you promise.
- Most of your job will be done in Polish (C1+ level required), but we are an international company and you will have contact with people from other countries, so ability to use English easily is very important.
- Being ready to visit facilities in different cities sometimes, you can go there by your own car and we will reimburse you for that.
You’re a great fit for this role if you additionally:
- Worked in healthcare industry, especially Imaging Diagnostics.
- Understand the basics of technical systems, e.g. you have worked on sales or implementation of technical solutions.
