We are looking for a Customet Support Specialist who will help us manage our clients and their inquires.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- contact with clients within BOK
- reporting and forwarding problems to the IT department
- verification of system operation correctness
- creating Marketing Automation scenarios / templates
- customer training
- regular newsletters sending
- customer accounts support
- tests of new functionalities
- 1: 1 meetings
