We are expanding and looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in selling complex, tailor made services to international clients.
As a Business Development Representative at EL Passion you will:

be the face of EL Passion in the initial contact with inbound leads, gather intelligence and qualify the leads

help clients choose EL Passion as their partner by understanding their business needs and creating tailored services which exceed their expectations

negotiate the terms of collaboration, close business deals and cooperate internally with our teams to ensure smooth project onboarding

build strong relationships with our clients based on trust and partnership through open and timely communication as well as a can-do attitude
-
ensure an exceptional client experience by providing expert knowledge, and coaching clients towards solutions that best fit their current and future objectives.
In order to succeed you need to:
- have at least 2 years experience in a similar position (in account management / business development)
- have experience in Tech sales, selling development / design services or SaaS to a business customer
- speak an excellent business English (at least C1) - this is a total must!
- demonstrate the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively
- be experienced in delivering client-focused solutions to complex problems and creating customer-specific proposals
- have hands-on knowledge of contract negotiation and experience with closing deals efficiently
- be able to sincerely relate to client’s reservations while skilfully overcoming objections
- boost a proactive mindset, always striving to improve client experience and processes
- have a professional yet approachable attitude
- work well in a team, while achieving your individual goals
We will appreciate if you:
- have in-depth understanding of the process of software development and can advise clients about technological strategies
- are familiar with the Scrum project management methodology
- have a network of contacts and established relationships in the UK/US/DE markets
