markets. We are aiming at becoming a world Leader in selling joinery from Poland abroad. We
offer complete service in our target markets, including the product, delivery and installation.

Your Responsibilities

  • You manage the sales process
  • You don't have to find a customer, the customer comes to you
  • You provide service to B2B and B2C customers, mostly by phone
  • Your main goal is to build and maintain relations with your customers
  • You are responsible for organizing your next tasks with the customer
  • Customer satisfaction needs to be your priority
  • Providing customer service via phone, email, messenger

What we expect from you

  • Fluency in English allowing you to communicate freely on the phone
  • We expect you to initiate communication with clients by phone
  • You can read technical drawings
  • Updating CRM and logging all activities and notes
  • Comfortable with modern software tools - G-suite, CRM, Google Drive (excel), Business suite Manager,
