POSITION SUMMARY: 

We’re looking for an experienced Account/Relationship Management professional who will assume a highly visible role within the company, be responsible for managing our many of our existing accounts (80% of time/responsibility) as well as some support for new business development (20%). You will be responsible for fostering a long-term partnership with our clients, clarifying their opportunities and how FM’s service offering can help realize them.  While all of FM delivery team are consultants working with our clients, our Account Managers are the primary contact person for our customers for discussing strategic opportunities, resolving most critical issues, and relationship formalities of contracting. You will help FM grow by realizing our mission in delivering our clients’ strategic goals in a highly collaborative environment.

ESSENTIALS:

  • Primary Location: Warsaw, Poland
  • Travel: Regular, scheduled travel to the US is required
  • Employment Type: Full-time with flexible employment options (UoP, B2B)
  • Project Industry: Development of new software for InsureTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries
  • Company Size: 40+

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Build solid relationships with existing clients ensuring their goals are achieved
  • Monitor, cultivate and manage a portfolio of FM’s current clients
  • Accountable for improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for FM, account, and specific projects to drive FM profitability and client success
  • Promote and represent FM within a customer’s environment
  • Ensure close collaboration with FM’s Delivery Department in creating solutions for clients and to help FM Project Managers stay on track
  • Secure critical partnerships and alliances in support of FM’ business model and strategy
  • Discover and evaluate sales opportunities within existing accounts, reach out to key stakeholders and secure meetings with key decision makers
  •  Working with our team to develop effective proposals & contracts that address FM’s and the client's needs and goals

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 5+ years relevant experience of relationship management or business development preferably in a software/IT B2B services environment
  • Proven skills in the strategic assessment of new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Ability to influence decisions and close contracts using a proactive consultative approach
  • Self-starter mind-set, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment and deliver superior results
  • Superior personal character and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and with great organization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater (Business or Management preferred)
  • Familiarity with modern product development practices and its application to client’s business strategy and dynamics
  • Technology and/or business consulting experience 
  • Experience in a global professional services company
