Technical documentation writer and Software Specialist will be creating and managing technical documentation, user guides, tutorials and so on, dedicated to both our clients and internal company teams. This role will also largely focus on continuously supporting teams and clients in successful use of our online marketplace platform. Resposibilities:
- Develop, coordinate and maintain technical and other documentation related to the software (e.g. module descriptions, user guides, FAQs, tutorials and how to’s)
- Learn and understand our marketplace platform and software features and then provide guidance, advice and training to our teams and clients on software usage
- Escalate critical/technical issues to technical/development team in order to drive continual improvement to both software and customer support
- Be in constant contact and work with development and marketing teams to maintain proper flow of information and documentation
Requirements:
- 1-3 years successful track record in Software (or related) support role
- Experience in preparing technical documents to a wide range of audiences
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level)
- Ability to communicate effectively face to face, on the telephone and in writing, including ability to discuss technical issues with a non-technical audience
- Strong practical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
