On GIVT Board you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries regarding the handling of their affairs
- Support for incoming and outgoing calls
- Verification of correctness of collected documents
- Co-creation of new processes and procedures in Operations Department
- Cooperation with all company departments for efficient and comprehensive customer service
Who we're looking for:
- Knowledge of English and German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian at B2 / C1 level
- Openness to changes
- Willingness to learn new things and work in a team
- High personal culture and very good work organization
- Accuracy and independence
- Responsibility for handling cases at every stage of the process
