Channel Sales Manager/Executive

GROWmatica (www.growmatica.com) is an international sales expansion agency for software-driven companies, helping to scale up sales expansion activities by building direct and indirect sales channels. GROW helps its clients to go and grow B2B customer and partner relations on new international markets around the globe.

GROW is facing constant growth and demand of market and client potential. That is why we are looking for a motivated and talented team member for position Channel Sales Manager/Executive to join an ongoing market- entry project for a new cloud-based ERP vendor. The role is responsible for finding new IT software resellers serving especially the end-customers from the production and B2B wholesale distribution segment in Poland.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Search and recruitment of Reseller Partner candidates
  • Onboard and activate recruited Partners
  • Establish and determine relations between ERP Vendor and recruited Resellers finally to bring the tangible value for end-customers

Qualification required:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in international sales with good English and Polish, any other foreign language would be an asset
  • ERP Sales know-how
  • Established relationships on Polish IT and Production market segment market
