At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznań we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.
Your Tasks:

Support various recruiting activities to attract the best talent for McKinsey
- Work with a team of Recruiters on tasks which have international outreach
- Help with organizing attraction and cultivation events for the retention program members and potential candidates

Administer the candidate pool of a German retention program
- Manage candidate expenses reimbursement process
- Provide additional administrative support where needed
Your Profile:
- Fluent English (C1)
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
- 1 year of administrative experience
