Miinto is going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan in Europe and we are looking for a new talent, who will provide excellent support for our Norwegian business Partners and join our amazing team at the Warsaw office. As a Partner Success Agent at Miinto, you will be making a difference for our Partners in Norway every day and it is essential that you understand the importance of each Partner and take pride in handling issues in a swift and efficient manner to ensure that business runs smoothly.

What you’ll do
 
  • Provide advisory on how to improve our Partners' performance on Miinto via related assortment optimisations
  • Provide local language support with issues related to feed & integration issues
  • Provide consultation on accounting/finance related requests, e.g profit calculation
  • Improve portfolio performance for specified metrics, e.g: cNPS, shipping time, acceptance time etc.
  • Handle negotiations related to logistics, churns, termination and win-back of Partners
  • Handling incoming inquiries from Partners using following channels: chat, mail, video and phone calls
  
What we’re looking for
 
  • Very good written English and Norwegian
  • Mid-level experience at working within customer care / sales field (min. 2 years' experience)
  • Curiosity to learn and understand technical issues
  • Good communication skills and high-quality awareness
  • Proactive approach to daily tasks and providing all Partners with the best solutions
  • Capable of spreading a positive vibe amongst Partners and team members alike
