What you’ll do:

  • Build and lead a team able to deliver a legendary service to our Partners in 24/7 mode
  • Assure the right balance between the defined procedures and a creative approach towards our Partners
  • Hold responsibility for SLA's delivery (response time, resolution time) and meeting other KPIs (like Partner cSAT and team efficiency)
  • Define and implement process feedback loops aimed at continuous process improvements
  • Implement process optimisations through tools and features supporting the teams work
  • Defining and executing development plans supporting Miinto's company goals and our team members' individual goals
 
What we’re looking for:

  • Above 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Customer Care / Call Center department
  • Ability to understand various perspective (from shop level employee or an employee from a different department, to CEO or a Partner)
  • Ability to easily switch between "here and now" and "in a long run" modes
  • Experience in people management, with leadership skills
  • Highly organised and results focused, with a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Lean certification (nice to have)
