- Developing long-term relationships with clients
- Planning and executing recurring meetings with our clients focused on maintaining relationships incl.: status meetings, update calls, bonding, etc.
- Being the primary point of contact for our clients, supporting them with domain knowledge and advice (technical and business)
- Focusing on adding value to the client rather than generating revenue
- Actively looking at company’s services and upselling them to current clients based on their needs
- Participating in industry events both internal e.g. Mobiconf, and external for strengthening ties with customers (currently online, after pandemic - some level of business travel will be involved)
- Working between customers and cross-functional internal teams (Project teams, Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Taking ownership of problems and proactively resolving technical and process-related issues (in cooperation with internal teams and departments)
You’ll can be the perfect match for us if you have:
- Min. 2 years of experience in Account Management / Business Relationship Management in IT
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving skills and can-do attitude (you treat obstacles as challenges)
- Fluent communication in English (min. C1 level, both in writing and speaking)
- Being well-organized in managing your own tasks: prioritization, context-switching
- Practical knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Practical knowledge of services upselling (identifying and exploring opportunities for service and business improvement, driving analysis for improvements and efficiencies)
- Solid knowledge of software development processes and emerging technologies
- Willingness to travel abroad (after pandemic ;)
As this role straddles both the IT and business world, you should be reasonably fluent in both.
It will be love at first sight, if you have:
- Multidisciplinary knowledge of creating digital solutions
- Experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Dev Team Leader, or other (problem-solver)
- Work experience in a software house
