We are Monterail. A team of developers and designers building beautiful and meaningful software everyday. Our clients are startups, SMBs, and enterprises around the globe. We support them with high profiled Ruby on Rails and JavaScript development skills as well as strong product and Product design experience. We are a group of experts who not only get the job done but are a joy to be around. By the end of 2019 our Growth team will grow so we need new talent on board!

We are looking for a New Business Manager who will grow our business as much as our clients: ranging from under-the-radar start-ups on the verge of disrupting their industries to recognised brands including Global Fortune 500 companies.

You will:

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Represent the company during tech events and conferences
  • Build a strong network and maintain trusting relationships with potential clients
  • Research existing and discover new target audiences
  • Bring insights from the market to adjust the marketing activities
  • Develop and monitor sales metrics
  • Improve and adjust the sales cycle to the client’s needs


Ideally you:

  • Have 2+ years of sales experience with international software development services or software solutions
  • Understand sales processes and know-how to measure your activities
  • Are tech-savvy with deep understanding of the IT environment
  • Are able to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Have proven track record with selling to and talking to start-ups, consulting SMBs, and setting foothold in enterprises
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Are willing to travel

  • Sandler Sales Certification
  • Network of decision-makers at large and mid-size international organizations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Fluency in any additional European language
  • Account-Based Marketing and Social Selling experience


Salary:

7 000 - 13 000 PLN net + VAT base on B2B contract

Negotiable depending on skills, experience, and your potential.
