We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for the SaaS product created by NeuroSYS - an advanced
Learning & Development platform for businesses. Our platform is already adopted and highly ranked by enterprise clients from the USA, EU and UK (including a Fortune 100 company).
As a Product Sales Manager, you will be developing, growing and maintaining the overseas customer base for our product focusing on medium and enterprise businesses.
We are interested in a long-term cooperation and offer the settlement model consisting of a base salary and a commission.
Your role:
- Discover and develop potential business and sales opportunities for a cloud-based SaaS product
- Prepare and conduct sales pitches, demos, proposals and other activities required in the sales cycle
- Negotiate contracts terms, close deals, and meet sales goals
- Establish a strong and influential network of global partners to grow our audience and enhance our market position
- Create and maintain close, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers
- Build and manage the sales pipeline
- Facilitate onboarding with new customers
- Track, measure performance and optimize clients portfolio and contracts
- Work closely with Project Manager to translate these partnerships into user growth and partner satisfaction, as well as cooperate with developers, marketing and management teams
- Participate in industry events, tradeshows and seminars
Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience selling IT products and services on the international market
- Perfect command of English, both spoken and written (at least C1)
- Great interpersonal skills, motivation and passion for sales
- Creativity and being goal-oriented
- Good work organization, professionalism in action
- Knowledge on how to use modern sales tools
- Willing to take part in the process of shaping and improving a product
- Understanding the latest business practices and the role of IT
Nice to have:
- Ready to travel occasionally (mainly within Europe)
- Business understanding of terms like Scrum, Agile, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Internet of Things
- Good command of another foreign language
