Howdy! No Spoilers team looks for a new team member. We need someone who will help us with automating sales processes in our company.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, creating and optimizing automated sales processes with the use of modern software solutions (Intercom).
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in our sales processes.
  • Performing sales data analytics.
  • Creating and adjusting sales materials.
  • Understanding of conversion rate and how to optimize it.
  • Creating basic sales graphic materials.
  • Cooperating with rest of the team - sales, marketing & development.

Requirements

  • Native-like fluency in English or native English.
  • At least 1,5 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing is a requirement.
  • Understanding of sales processes - how to design it, identify weak spots and optimize it.
  • Understanding of SaaS business model.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, perseverance and self-reliance.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and basic graphics software (Canva, Figma).

Nice to have

  • Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry will be a plus.
  • Interest in tech and/or start-up environments.
