As part of the OEX Group Voice Contact Center is one of the biggest contact centres in Poland.
We specialise in BPO projects in the customer service field.  We work for well-known and prestigious brands. We are constantly developing and therefore seeking loyal, multi-task and multi-skill people with a drive and commitment to building a successful Sales and Business Development Team. We believe that together we can do more to increase the effectiveness and quality of services and processes.
 
Currently, we are hiring for the position of: 
 
Business Development Manager 
Location: Warsaw

About the role:
 
The main objective of the position is to create and implement the company's development plans through active acquisition of new clients and selling of services on foreign and Polish markets. As a Business Development Manager, you must have an outgoing personality as well as an exceptional drive to actively build the company’s presence on multiple markets. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, and the desire to work with contact center solutions. 
 
Your responsibilities include: 
 
  • Generate new business opportunities 
  • Assist in planning and implementing company’s sales strategy 
  • Prepare and coordinate tenders 
  • Represent company at sales meetings and business conferences worldwide
  • Work closely with other departments in order to customise offers 
  • Supervise formal, financial and legal aspects of cooperation with foreign and Polish clients
  • Report results regularly, both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Prepare additional reports and analyses for the Board 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors 
 
Our requirements for the role include:  
 
  • Fluency in oral and written English (C1/C2)
  • Native Polish or fluency in written and oral Polish
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably working with foreign clients)
  • Proven experience in selling contact center or other business services
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques 
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term and partnership business relationships
  • Maturity and high business awareness
  • High level of autonomy and self-discipline
