We are looking for a creative, and pro-active Business Development Specialist to join our Sales Department.

💰 Salary: 
  • 4000 – 8000 PLN net B2B – depending on your experience

🎯 What will be your responsibilities:

  • Run the full sales process, starting from approaching assigned leads, qualification calls, presales activities, construction of offers, up to signing the contract
  • Research potential clients based on a certain strategy (CrunchBase, Linkedin)
  • Generate new sales opportunities using our sales tools (Pipedrive, Woodpecker, Sales Navigator, etc)
  • Reach out to potential clients by e-mail, phone, and social media
  • Organize and run day-to-day sales activities
  • Make business calls with potential clients
  • Prepare/update sales offers, negotiate contracts and participate in closing agreements
  • Document your work and build guidelines for the sales team
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Make sure prospective clients are provided an excellent service, and that they are informed and taken care of, at every stage of the selling process
  • Identify and close new deals and develop/update existing client accounts
  • Prepare offers and supervise project valuation
  • Find creative ways to reach more prospective clients
  • Develop and conduct activities aimed at increasing sales efficiency
  • Analyze client needs and advise on their product functionalities and use cases
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our IT and project management teams during the sales process and provide smooth cooperation of client acquisition
  • Work with our Board in order to make our sales process better with each month

💡 What we expect from you:

  • 2-4 experience working in B2B sales, business development or a similar role in IT or tech
  • experience in working with English-speaking clients
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
  • highly-developed negotiation skills and feel comfortable negotiating in English
  • understand and freely talk about software development processes & technologies (Agile/Scrum, Python, React etc.)
  • understanding the process of software development and the ability to explain it to non-technical executives on the client-side
  • broad knowledge of IT solutions allowing you to understand client requirements and expectations and draw them up to present to the team for further analysis
  • knowledge of efficient sales tools and methods (e.g. social selling)
  • following good sales practices, like maintaining an up-to-date CRM database
  • you can ask the right scoping questions and have analytical skills (experience in conducting scoping sessions for software projects is a plus) you easily establish and maintain business relationships
  • An open mind and a proactive and analytic approach
  • Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to changes
