    Since 2020, we've grown from a one-person startup to a dynamic global team of 40+. Now, we're searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Team and drive our outbound sales efforts in the Polish market.

    What will you do as an SDR at Oxla?

    Outbound Sales:

    • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Polish market, focusing on industries with significant data processing needs, such as cybersecurity, retail, and tech.
    • Initiate and manage outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new business opportunities.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their data management challenges and how Oxla’s solutions can help reduce operational costs.
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop tailored outreach strategies that resonate with the target market.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

    Pipeline Management:

    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth in the Polish market.
    • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Work with account executives to transition qualified leads into deeper sales engagements.

    Market Research and Insights:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and competitive landscape within the Polish market.
    • Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams on market needs and customer pain points.


    What is a must-have to do the job effectively?

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar outbound sales role, preferably within the IT industry and B2B products.
    • Fluency in Polish and English (B2 at least).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
    • Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


    What will be nice to have that you can bring to the table?

    • Previous experience in a startup environment.
    • Knowledge of the data management or database industry.
    • Experience in selling to the cybersecurity, retail, or tech sectors.
    • Familiarity with sales automation tools and strategies for effective lead generation.
