What will you do as Packhelp's content creator?
- Write, write, write! We need to produce blog posts, case studies, scripts for videos, language for landing pages, written tutorials, and so much more.
- Hypothesize, develop, and MEASURE messaging we put out across channels to figure out what works and how to amplify it.
- Devise new types of content that help us reinforce Packhelp's story.
- Identify all the touchpoints in our users' lifecycle where we can use content to help deepen their understanding, engagement, and evangelism.
- You understand the value of visual storytelling and have the ability and interest to work with designers and create graphics, videos, gifs, screenshots, etc. to complement your writing.
- You're energized by working cross-functionally with technical teams.
Requirements:
- You are a German native speaker or bilingual.
- You love to write. Like really love it. You're happiest when you're insulated from meetings and process so you can focus on producing high-quality work.
- Playing with language thrills you, and you thrive in writing challenges that call for precision, pith, and personality.
- You have enough experience to be strategic, but still have the appetite for daily execution.
- You understand the value of visual storytelling and have the ability and interest to work with designers and create graphics, videos, gifs, screenshots, etc. to complement your writing.
- You are energized by working cross-functionally with technical teams.
- You can write clearly, concisely, and in an organized way.
- You have experience with content marketing for B2B/SaaS companies and/or startups can clearly explain why a piece of content needs to be written.
- You know how to do on-page SEO for any piece you write.
- You have a good basic understanding of how content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social marketing work together to get results.
- You know how to track organic expansion and optimization for the given market (keywords + website performance)
Bonus points:
- Hands-on Ahrefs and SemRush experience.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with using Asana.
