Sales Development Representative at Packhelp is the person that helps to drive the business forward. Each team member is responsible for developing new business opportunities to introduce Packhelp to new customers.

Few words about the role:
- Being the first point of contact for all generated leads
- Pitching the value proposition of our products and services to prospects
- Qualifying inbound leads and choosing the right customer journey
- Collaboration with the Sales Team on building an effective sales process and passing qualified leads for closing
- Achieving and exceeding quotas and targets
Description of a perfect match:
- Passionate about self-development and learning
- Desire to work in a result-driven start-up
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Polish, English and other European language
- Ability to easily establish new contacts and building network
- Empathetic and positive attitude and focus on customer’s satisfaction
- Previous experience in Sales is great, but not required
