JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for working towards delivering outstanding performance in building our client portfolio, the prospect research and creating external communication.
You will receive full research, sales and product training with support from our established team to achieve the role requirements with the ultimate goal to become one of our Sales Development Representatives.
This role is perfect for someone who is currently working in sales, operations or human resources and is looking for a career change.
Responsibilities:
- Building new relationships with prospective customers
- Creating new leads & opportunities
- Complete qualification process from finding the opportunity, nurturing and follow-up
- Ensuring the process is presented in-line with brand and company guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring the customer experience is first class at all times
- Creating targeted email campaigns based on received briefs
Essential experience:
- Excellent client service skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Ability to pitch company's offer, if needed
- Administratively organized, comfortable with email and social media
- Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere with the ability to cope well under pressure
- A team-player capable of working alone or with the broader Packhelp's team
