Red Global – a dynamic IT company specializing in complex project delivery for international clients, is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager for its new office in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities:

• Actively acquire new clients in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and other industries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare offers.
• Represent the company at industry meetings and conferences.
• Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.

We expect:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the software development or T&M.
• Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
• Ability to build relationships and establish business contacts.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the IT market and the latest trends.
• Fluent English and Polish ( or other regional language )
