Sigma IT Poland is a division within Sigma AB Group – a fast growing IT consulting and R&D company. What matters – you will sell R&D and IT services to portfolio of customers around the globe. We work with Scandinavia, UK, US and Australia and we plan to expand further. Our main offering is team and project delivery within selected industries and technologies. We are looking for self-going, goal and relationship oriented Business Manager, who will be able to help us develop further Sigma IT Poland. You will report directly to our CEO, work in collaboration with delivery teams in Poland and often with our sales teams in Sweden.

  • have a minimum 3 years of experience in selling software development services,
  • prioritize consulting and building long-term relationships with the clients,
  • are oriented on achieving common goals,
  • have experience working within IT & R&D,
  • are fluent in Business English (C1).

You will be responsible for:

  • development of sales pipeline (new channels, sales funnel efficiency improvement),
  • sales of software development services delivered by our cross functional teams, 
  • being representative of Sigma IT internationally at various events,
  • building relationships with our business partners,
  • achieving sales goals.

Remuneration:

Depending on experience and commitment, we anticipate a basic salary of 8,000  to 12,000 PLN net +VAT or equivalent gross salary for contract of employment as well as an attractive bonus depending on the sales performance.
