Overview
Our Business Development team operates on both the European and the US market, spreading the word about Silvair’s cutting-edge solution for wireless lighting control. Due to the constant growth of our business, we are now on the hunt for Business Operations Analyst who can support our BizDev Managers. You will have a chance to explore and grow in many different areas, including business development, business administration, market research & analysis. Working closely with your team leader will help you prioritize your daily work, set and reach your long- and short-term goals, and excel in Business Operations and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • diving deep into the Internet of Things and smart lighting markets, and carrying out in-depth research that is crucial for planning and executing business development activities
  • providing support to Business Development Managers
  • evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing & implementing specific solutions
  • gathering needed information from different teams (e.g. product, development or marketing) in order to complete required tasks
  • being the first point of contact for potential clients
  • qualifying potential leads

Essential job requirements:

  • strong communication skills
  • self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • solid analytical skills 
  • previous experience with the business environment
  • fluent English
  • good documentation skills

Nice to have:

  • experience in creating detailed reports 
  • experience with JIRA and CRM
