The Responsibilities:
- your top priority is execute and scale sales processes across the company, including team responsibilities definition, team growth, processes implementation and improvements
- your second top priority is to generate leads to the business by direct and online engagement
- deploying outbound, inbound marketing
- analyzing business processes to generate additional revenue
- analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement
- developing innovative activities to achieve the goals
- incorporating new technologies and tools into sales and marketing processes
- overall responsibility for sales and marketing budget
The Qualifications:
- min. 5 years experience with sales/customer service and marketing/business management in the international environment
- experience in the IT sales organisation
- strong communication and negotiation skills, you must be persuasive and persistent to turn cold leads into loyal customers
- having strategist mindset - ability to set up short-term and long-term sales strategy
- knowledge about sales and marketing processes
- knowledge and practice in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM (we are using HubSpot)
- advanced English, min. C1 level, German is nice to have
