We’re looking for IT Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Project management in accordance with Agile (Scrum) principles.
- Proactive communication, consulting, negotiations with clients in English.
- Business requirements analysis, defining the scope of work and priorities.
- Planning the work and coordinating the team.
- Monitoring and managing work progress, quality, budgets and timelines.
- Solving problems inside and outside of projects.
We expect you to have:
- Proven skills in project, people and resource management.
- Min 1 year+ of experience working as a Project Manager within IT industry.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent soft skills: communication, consulting, assertiveness, ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent organisational skills (tasks, schedules, tools).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of software development process.
- Interest in the IT industry, startups and new technologies.
- “Getting things done” attitude, sense of responsibility and ownership, leadership qualities.
- Excellent command of English (at least B2/C1, knowledge of business terminology).
You will score extra points for:
- Experience in business requirements analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as: Trello, Slack, Jira, Harvest.
- Having AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate.
- Having experience in IT consulting projects.
- Having experience in conducting scoping sessions and product discovery workshops.
