We are Talkie.ai, an AI-based solution that allows non-tech savvy users to design and add virtual voice assistants to customer service strategy. 

Join our growing team as Growth Specialist to work closely with our customers with the aim of ensuring they are satisfied with the voice AI solutions built within Talkie.ai. The ideal candidate for the role of Growth Specialist would be a person with a background in sales or marketing. 
 
Your responsibilities:
 
  • Building an international portfolio of customers
  • Researching and creating databases of prospects, together with our technical and sales teams 
  • Creating, sending, managing, and analyzing lead gen campaigns through cold mailing and cold calling
  • Building personalized sales messages
  • Analyzing and reporting on the results
  • Researching and testing new tools and communication ideas to optimize the sourcing strategy
  • Supporting the process of creating sales offers together with the Business Development Manager

 
What you will bring:
 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken 
  • Self-starter attitude
  • At least one year experience in B2B outbound campaigns, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in reaching out to ‘cold’ prospects
  • Proficiency in outbound tools, such as Woodpecker, Apollo.io, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Proactive approach to looking for new ways to reach out to target audiences
  • Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher as our sourcing activities are targeted at foreign markets 
  • Willingness to pursue self-development in the IT industry, especially in customer service and AI solutions
