After our rapid growth to +500,000 happy online customers, +18 stores, services in 4,000+ markets, many loyal corporate customers, 2 production facilities and 4 warehouses, we are now conquering the world - Therefore we need YOU, a passionate and experienced Teamlead Customer Service with Polish (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • As a Teamlead Customer Service (m/f/d) you take over full responsibility for our international Customer Success Team for CEE markets and ensure a high class customer support on all markets
  • You implement smooth processes to enable the team to give outstanding support to our customers and continuously work on the improvement of our services
  • You support the hiring of new team members and ensure the outstanding onboarding of our new joiners
  • You create working schedules for the team and you support them with questions of any kind and find solutions for issues with customers
  • You actively participate in customer service activities and create support for the team
  • You are in close contact with other internal teams and external partners and report any problems reported by our customers to get them resolved as quickly as possible
  • You implement necessary customer success KPIs and continuously track the success of your team
  • you are in close contact with the headquarters in Vienna, you share knowledge, data, reports and you apply the procedures experienced in HQ in the CEE team

Your strengths and qualifications: 

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar leadership role
  • You have a good understanding for implementing and improving processes and set KPIs to track the success of your team and your field of responsibility
  • You are radiate enthusiasm and empathy, you love social contacts, you always carry a smile and you’ve always got a cheeky comment ready
  • With your engaging personality, you turn an upset customer into a waterdrop® fan and your team into high performers
  • You have a very structured working style and a hands-on mentality
  • A pulsating and fast paced environment pushes you to your highest performance 
  • You have language skills: Polish - native speaker, English and Czech at a communicative level
