What you will do:
- Lead and manage brand transition/transformation processes, particularly in integrating multiple brands.
- Design and execute brand communication strategies for seamless brand transformation.
- Work very closely with other brand managers, creative directors, creative teams to develop strategies and use the right media to communicate them.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee work of creative teams to maintain brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
- Facilitate effective communication with external partners and suppliers involved in branding projects.
- Oversee the management of the brand portal, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and accessible.
- Identify potential branding issues and proactively develop solutions.
- Manage the budget.
- Report on the progress of the projects.
- Pitch fresh and innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all challenges are addressed efficiently and effectively.
We look forward to working together if:
- Proven experience in brand management, particularly in brand transition and integration.
- 4+ years of experience in managing complex projects (marketing campaigns, branding projects etc.)/ OR Strong project management skills with a focus on brand-related initiatives.
- Experience in managing brand portals and ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working with corporate and international clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum)
