Opis stanowiska

We are currently looking for a new person to join our team in Poznań or Kraków as HR & payroll Specialist.


Place of work: Poznań (Greater Poland Voivodeship) or Modlnica near Kraków (Lesser Poland Voivodeship)



Responsibilities:

  • Management of employee documentation 
  • Handling of employment processes, dismissals and other aspects related to the employment
  • Preparation of data for payroll and calculation of salaries (preferably knowledge of Symfonia software) 
  • Monitoring and updating of personal data in the HR system  
  • Monitoring of the contracts, medical examinations and HSE trainings validity dates
  • Conducting correspondence with external institutions (ZUS, US, bailiffs)
  • Preparing declarations for ZUS, US, GUS, PFRON
  • Settling Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
  • Serving Employee Capital Plans (PPK)
  • Independent communication with controlling institutions
  • Current advice on labor law and tax regulations
  • Supervision of administrative work in the company
  • New software WorkDay implementation in Poland
  • Recruitment (advert preparation, pre-screening, interview organization, participation in interviews according of hiring manager´s request)
  • Coordination of all standard ALS processes (annual appraisal, salary review process, bonuses, exit process, learning and development)
  • Implementation of new processes (onboarding, engagement policies, Employe satisfaction survey etc.)
  • Compensation and benefits agenda
  • Reporting (monthly Corporate and regional report, Gender report, and other statistics)
  • Org charts creation



Requirements:

  • Secondary or higher education, preferably in accounting or related fields, 
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, 
  • Good work organization and accuracy in performing assigned tasks, 
  • Knowledge of English – B1/B2 level enabling independent communication with foreign branches, 
  • Ease in establishing relationships and communicating with people, 
  • Ability to work under time pressure and conscientiousness, 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
