As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help provide support and technical assistance for our Danish speaking customers.
You will:
- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging systems in Danish and English.
- Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
- May be involved in customer installation and training.
- Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- Complexity: Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Guidance: Normally receives little instruction on daily work, generally instructions on new assignments.
We expect:
- Fluent in Danish and good command of English.
- Related technical experience.
- Receive assignments in the form of goals and determine the process by which to meet goals.
- Interaction frequently works with peers and customers to gain the cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities.
- Engineering bachelor's degree.
