Management of the Corporate Legal Database (CLD): providing full administration in CLD tools; giving/removing the accesses, coordinating data managers’ work; preparing reports, managing the update campaigns, preparation and validation of instructions/procedures/other documents, creation of country charts, collecting supporting documents
Management of data included in special projects (active participation in development of new projects, accurate storage of evidence, analysis of information and preparation of memo/notes, preparation of reports,)
Collection of information relevant to companies’ management through contacts with various stakeholders in the group
Support in completing drafts and signatures of various Intra-Group arrangements
Effective communication with the internal correspondents based all over the world and close collaboration and coordination with the other colleagues in the team and with the legal department
Active participation in the development/improvements of the projects
Our expectations:
University degree (finance/economy/law)
Fluency in English (min. B2/C1)
Previous experience in corporate legal department will be an asset
Good understanding in use of the standard Microsoft application, especially Excel and Power Point
Ability to quickly learn the use of internal applications
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prioritize the activities/requests and time management skills (calendarization)
Ability to focus on details
Good written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation to call /deal with high level management, if required
