🎯Things you’ll do:
- Provide ongoing assistance to Brand24 customers (mainly working with international clients from 2 PM to 10 PM)
- Handle customer inquiries (chat and email)
- Build long-term relationships with our customers
- Optimize existing and create new monitoring projects in Brand24
- Support the Customer Care team in daily tasks
💡Things you’ll need:
- Experience in a similar position is not necessary – we are looking for individuals who want to learn and grow
- Online and offline communication skills
- Knowledge of social media and the online environment
- Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish will be an additional advantage
- Diligence and initiative
- Familiarity with online communication tools
