Your role:
We’re looking for CEE Resourcing Campaigns Coordinator to build exceptional Employee Value Proposition and run digital and offline recruitment campaigns for CEE cluster. We need a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is looking for a good challenge.

What will we do together ?
• Take the role of advisor on the most effective ways of attracting candidates by data-driven approach,
• Analyze business data and recruitment metrics to support decisions on the most successful recruitment campaigns,
• Report monthly on HR indicators (recruitment costs, hiring ratio, retention rate but not limited to),
• Lead digital and offline recruitment campaigns
• Measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the social sourcing strategy to drive continuous improvement,
• Be the content manager and brand ambassador for all recruitment marketing & career-based social media activity and monitor trends in this area,
• Develop bulletins and templates for internal recruitment marketing,
• Cooperate with Marketing Department to ensure recruitment advertising is on brand, message and policy,
• Be a Project Leader of satisfaction survey in the cluster and prepare post survey actions,
• Manage main vendors relationship and enhance the collaboration.
Who are we looking for?
• 3-5 years strong marketing background,
• Product management / website management experience,
• Technical knowledge - search engine optimization, websites, API, Google Analytics/Adobe-a must,
• Online marketing campaigns leading experience, social media experience,
• Experience with managing marketing agencies (high volumes),
• Project management skills,
• English language - fluent (written and spoken),
• Willingness to travel."
