    Your role:


    The purpose of the role is to manage the logistics team and optimize processes to ensure high service quality and compliance with specific industry and operational requirements.

    What will we do together ?


    • Managing a team of logistics professionals in a challenging environment subject to tight lead times and strict quality specifications and sector regulations;

    • Developing processes for international cargo management using the DHL TMS, integrated with various customer solutions and ERPs;

    • Defining and owning relevant KPIs to meet service speed and quality targets;

    • Leading and developing the control tower team with a focus on leadership, succession planning, and change management;

    • Achieving and sustaining agreed productivity levels in the control tower;

    • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver optimal supply chain solutions and support savings targets;

    • Overseeing the implementation of new process and service improvements before launch;

    • Working with the Value Creation team to develop continuous improvement initiatives;

    • Supporting procurement and carrier management activities with necessary operational backing;

    • Managing freight movements and ensuring service quality through carrier control;

    • Handling customer relationships at the operational level;

    • Acting as a deputy for the Head of Account when required, supporting broader business objectives.


    Who are we looking for?


    • Experience in Project, Change and Carrier Management;

    • At least 5 years Supervisory or Management experience in a 4PL or a logistics environment with proven change management success;

    • Customer relationship management skills;

    • Demonstrable record of service improvement through innovation;

    • International remit, focus on Europe;

    • Fluent English;

    • Ms PowerBI experience and knowledge of Life Science and Health Care/Chemicals industry will be an asset.
