How you will get the job done

• recording of various insurance documents in the company’s own data processing system
• assigning, interpreting and classifying scanned documents in German
• processing of certain business transactions within the scope of competence
• managing other back-office activities

Skills and experience you will need

• good command of English (min. B2)
• university degree or student status
• high attention to detail and ability to analyse data and check its accuracy
• highly motivated and task-oriented
• service and customer-oriented
• computer literacy (MS Office)

Nice to have

• previous experience in Customer Service or operations
• basic knowledge of the health and composite insurance sectors
• knowledge of German
