Responsibilities:

• Deliver analytics to drive the Ads Marketing business in EMEA.
• Identify and size opportunities to reach new and existing customers.
• Drive data-led marketing execution, delivering cost-effective growth, adoption, or retention.
• Communicate recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide independent advice to leadership on how to improve performance and efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects, and managing research and measurement agencies.
• Experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
• Experience analyzing and manipulating data sets to leverage data insights into presentations for business stakeholders.
• Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and tools to work with data sets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with designing experiments, analyzing data from experiments, and summarizing findings.
• Experience coding for analytics and statistics (e.g., Python or R).
• Experience in range of analytical challenges for marketing (e.g., opportunity sizing, audience development and targeting, measurement and reporting).
• Experience in a Business-to-Business Marketing function or agency.
