    Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy board games, and are comfortable switching between Polish and English? If so, we have the perfect role for you at Lucky Duck Games!


    Responsibilities:

    • Providing customers with the best possible solution by responding promptly to their queries via email, social media, and crowdfunding channels, in both Polish and English.
    • Address customer queries promptly and escalate any complex issues when necessary.
    • Prepare and send replacement parts from our Krakow office.
    • Keep track of replacement part requests.
    • Work with warehouses to resolve B2C shipping issues.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to find optimal solutions to customer problems.
    • Identify and escalate common issues to management with suggestions for improvement.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role will be a plus.
    • B2 level English (written and spoken).
    • Fluent Polish language skills (C2).
    • Excellent writing abilities.
    • Empathy, patience, emotional intelligence, and great problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with Google Suite & Excel.
    • Ability to work from the Cracow office.
