Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with the best possible solution by responding promptly to their queries via email, social media, and crowdfunding channels, in both Polish and English.
- Address customer queries promptly and escalate any complex issues when necessary.
- Prepare and send replacement parts from our Krakow office.
- Keep track of replacement part requests.
- Work with warehouses to resolve B2C shipping issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to find optimal solutions to customer problems.
- Identify and escalate common issues to management with suggestions for improvement.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role will be a plus.
- B2 level English (written and spoken).
- Fluent Polish language skills (C2).
- Excellent writing abilities.
- Empathy, patience, emotional intelligence, and great problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite & Excel.
- Ability to work from the Cracow office.
