Junior AP Accountant with French - fixed-term contract

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Processing documents in VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces.
• Posting IC invoices Generic mailbox managing, replying to queries from the vendors.
• Bank data confirmation Taking part in month end close activities.
• Creating tickets in case of system issues.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts from AP area

What You Need to Succeed

• 6 months / 1 year experience in a multinational company.
• Knowledge of English and French (B2 level or higher).
• Excel skills (basic level).
• Numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
