Competencies
🔶English level minimum C1 written and spoken
🔶Polish level - native
🔶Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as IT Project Manager in a Software House environment
🔶Proven track record of successfully delivering web and mobile applications
🔶Proficiency in various project management methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
🔶Comprehensive understanding of project management principles including team building, risk management, user stories, and work planning
🔶Expertise in project management applications such as JIRA, Redmine, or equivalent
🔶Ability to multitask and work under pressure

🔶Technical background with the capability to engage comfortably in technical discussions (e.g., degree in computer science, prior experience in IT, or as a web developer)
🔶Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS: PSMI, AGILE PM

🔶Ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, scope, and product domain among team members
🔶Communicate effectively with clients to comprehend their challenges and requirements
🔶Collaborate closely with the technical team to resolve dependencies and streamline product development
🔶Preparation and managing backlog, user stories and sprints efficiently
🔶Manage JIRA CRM projects (ticket preparation, sprint planning, roadmap creation)
🔶Maintain project timelines with a minimum accuracy rate of 90%
🔶Assess the impact of all work items, including new features, improvements and bugs
🔶Leading client meetings and internal team discussions effectively
