The core facts
- Support in the creation and automation of processes related to budgeting and forecasting of results, improvement of controlling tools used in the team;
- Analyzing data sources, working with the accounting team on cost, revenue and result forecasts and monitoring the compliance of KPIs with the established plans;
- Preparation of cyclical reports and profitability analysis for managers of individual areas/products;
- Participation in the implementation of tools to support controlling processes in the company;
- Cooperation with the head office of the group in terms of reporting results and cost accounting;
- Participation in year-end closing processes;
- Clarification of settlements, preparation of reports and reporting for management needs.
Your core competences
- English language at a level that allows free communication (B2/C1);
- At least three years of experience in an identical position;
- Advanced MS Office skills (with particular emphasis on Excel);
- Experience in softwarehouse / IT companies will be an added advantage;
- Analytical skills, willingness to work closely with the team, openness to change;
- University education (finance and accounting or related preferred);
- Operativeness in action, self-reliance and ability to organize work time.
