ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Founding Project Manager who will help us manage our rapidly growing demand and build an organisation focused on relentless delivery to our customers. You will be interfacing between Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure all customer requirements are heard, scoped and delivered to time.
We are still a scrappy startup and things can be ambiguous at times. We need someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable with having to put on different types of hats at times.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with Solution Architect & Implementation team to produce roadmaps for customer projects
- Interface with our customers directly to collect their requirements and help delivery team meet deadlines
- Keep track of deliverables and customer requests in a project management tool
- Communicate proactively with customers and internally to ensure we deliver the highest quality in the least time possible
WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years experience in IT project management role
- Proficient in project management tools like Jira
- Demonstrated experience of managing complex software projects for enterprise customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills combined with high empathy for customer perspective
- A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys the fast-paced environments of early-stage startups
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
