    Vercom is a leading developer of global cloud communications platforms (CPaaS) such as MailerLite and MessageFlow, which empower companies to build strong relationships with their audiences through a variety of channels, including email, SMS, RCS, MMS, web push, mobile push, and instant messages (OTT). Our solutions automate and scale communication processes while ensuring high deliverability, efficiency, and security.

    We specialize in delivering seamless communication solutions and are now expanding our presence across Europe.

    We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, language coordination, and customer journey optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry, who can effectively coordinate campaigns, experiment with new channels, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Website Management & Landing Page Creation: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our marketing goals.
    • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
    • Language Coordination: Coordinate the translation and localization of marketing materials to support our global audience.
    • Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze and enhance the customer journey to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
    • Campaigns Coordination & Setup: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn
    • Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and discover new opportunities.
    • Campaign Analytics & Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaboration with Product Marketing: Work closely with the product marketing team to ensure alignment and support for product launches and promotions.
    • Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

     

    We're looking for someone with:

    • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SaaS products.
    • Strong knowledge of website management, email marketing, PPC, and campaign analytics.
    • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English (C level or native).
